K-5 Parent-Teacher Conference Day Camp Form

We are pleased to provide a day camp for Kindergarten-5th grade on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There is no school this day due to parent-teacher conferences.

The camp cost is $55 for each child, this rate is not included in day care plans. You may either pay with cash/check in the office or use the RHLS app for electronic payment with credit/paypal. A convenience fee is charged for credit/paypal. Reservations and Payment are due by Friday, October 20, 2017. (*Space is limited, sign up early.)

The camp will include fun activities, a morning and afternoon snack, and a walking “field trip” in the afternoon for frozen yogurt - please send $6 with your child for frozen yogurt purchase. In addition, please send a lunch with your child as hot lunch is not available. Children may bring a game/toy from home to enjoy at camp, including electronics.
